An On/Off switch allows the CO base to operate as a standard oven. The Southbend convection oven model (A) has a thermostat temperature range of 175°F to 550°F. The oven cavity is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for cleanability and corrosion protection. Coved corners aid cleaning, and enhanced airflow eliminates hot/cold spots.
