The Southbend Platinum Series electric convection oven has a single-deck configuration. The PCE75S/S, PCE11S/S, PCE75S/T, and PCE11S/T ovens are electric units. A hood is not required for PCE single ovens using the ventless option. The PCE11S/S and PCE11S/T ovens have 11 kW for heating elements per deck. The PCE11S/S and PCE11S/T ovens are listed for 208 VAC, 60 Hz supply. The PCE11S/S and PCE11S/T ovens draw 30.6 A per line on each of X, Y, and Z in three-phase operation at 208 VAC, 60 Hz. The Southbend Platinum Series oven with standard controls has a temperature setting range of 140°F to 500°F. The Southbend Platinum Series electric convection oven has doors with windows. The PCE75S/S, PCE11S/S, PCE75S/T, and PCE11S/T oven interiors are 20 in (508 mm) high. Five wire oven racks are provided. 11 rack positions in each oven cavity.
