Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4602DC-7L_NG, built for high-volume commercial kitchens. It’s a 60.75" wide, 313,000 BTU natural gas range with a standard oven base and cabinet base, plus a top mix of (4) 27,000 BTU non-clog open burners on continuous wavy grates and (4) 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners for heavy-duty production. The standard oven is 45,000 BTU with battery spark ignition, standing pilot, and a 175°F–550°F thermostat, while the stainless front/sides, manual gas shutoff, factory regulator, and optional casters or cabinet doors make it a serious floor model for busy line cooking and oven work.
