Half Size Premium Electric Convection Oven. CTBR models follow the same specifications as CTB, except that the door opens on the right side and the controls are on the left side. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard-depth baking compartment accepts standard half-size baking pans measuring 13 × 18 inches. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard-depth baking compartment accepts the pans in a front-to-back orientation. Each CTB/CTBR oven section has nine rack positions. A standard-output CTB/CTBR oven section is listed for 220/240 V, 60 Hz, single-phase supply. A standard-output CTB/CTBR oven section is rated at 5.6 kW per oven section. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control is manual. The CTB/CTBR oven thermostat setting range is 200–500 °F. a full angle-iron frame … stainless steel front, top, sides and back … a dual-pane thermal glass window encased in a stainless steel door frame … a single chrome-plated door handle … a tilt-down modular front control panel … solid mineral fiber insulation at the top, back, sides and bottom. The baking-compartment liner is double-sided porcelainized and 14 gauge.
