Radiant Broiler. The base configuration of the Southbend P32C-32B is a cabinet base. The broiler grid is 24-1/2 inches wide and 28 inches deep, and easily rolls out 17-1/4 inches. The P32 warming oven is 25 inches wide by 25 inches deep and is located on top of the broiler. The broiler grid rolls out and has four height positions. The broiler has two radiant broiler burners with separate controls and fully insulated lining and burner boxes. The top, front, sides and back have a #3 polish 430 stainless-steel exterior finish. gas type: propane. The required minimum supply pressure is 11 in. W.C. for propane. The unit is to be installed under a vented hood.
