Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range for high-demand commercial kitchens, with a 60.75" x 34" footprint and 59.5" height. It combines a 5-burner open-top layout—(3) 33K star burners in front and (2) Pyromax burners in back—with a 24" thermostatic griddle on the left, all on natural gas with 227,000 total BTU; stainless front/sides, cast iron grates, front manual gas shutoff, and factory regulator are the key build and service features. The stainless cabinet base with optional no-charge center-opening doors makes it a floor model with under-storage, suited to heavy-duty line cooking where you need range, griddle, and holding/storage in one unit.
