Electric Pro Series Range. IR-12-E. The 12 round elements on the Imperial IR-12-E range are arranged in two rows of six. The Imperial IR-12-E range is 3 phase at 240 V. The standard oven is described as a chef-depth oven accommodating standard 18 in × 26 in sheet pans front-to-back and side-by-side. The Imperial Pro Series electric range standard oven thermostat has a temperature range from 150°F to 500°F (65°C to 260°C). The round plate elements have infinite heat controls. Exterior features include a stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, landing ledge and kick plate, with welded and polished stainless steel seams and a stainless steel landing ledge. The standard oven has porcelainized sides, rear, deck and inner door liner; its side oven controls are protected from heat in an insulated side compartment, and its stamped inner door liner provides extra strength while improving heat retention.
