18" Hot Top And 2 Burner Combination. Natural Gas. The IHR-2-1HT model has one 18-inch hot top. The IHR-2-1HT model has 2 open burners. gas input btu: 160000. The standard oven has a 100% safety pilot and manual shut off valve. Its burner baffle distributes heat flow to provide even temperatures throughout the oven cavity, and its heat deflector reflects heat into the oven, not the floor. The Chef Depth interior accommodates 18 in x 26 in (457 x 660 mm) sheet pans left-to-right and front-to-back. The oven has porcelainized sides, rear, deck and door lining for easy cleaning; side oven controls are protected in the cool zone; one chrome oven rack is included. Optional accessories include a stainless steel oven interior and a high-mass oven with cast-iron oven interior and 650-degree thermostat. The hot-top burners have one manual control per burner. Cast-Iron burners remove and separate for cleaning. The standard oven interior is 26 1/2 in (673 mm) wide. The standard oven interior is 14 in (356 mm) high.
