The Southbend 32-inch sectional range has a standard 1-1/4-inch front gas manifold. Each P32-XG and P32-XT combination top has a 16-inch griddle. The P32-XG and P32-XT combination tops each have two individual open top burners. The burners in the Southbend 16-inch open-top section are rated at 45,000 BTU on NAT fuel. The Southbend 16-inch griddle has two burners. Each burner on the Southbend 16-inch griddle is rated 20,000 BTU on NAT. The Southbend 16-inch griddle has one control knob. P32 models are specified for use with natural gas. P32 models configured for natural gas require a minimum gas supply pressure of 7 in. W.C. The range has a stainless steel front and sides, a fully insulated lining and burner box, and a 9-1/4-inch deep front rail. The front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. The P32 range requires 6 in minimum rear clearance from combustible construction for Pyromax tops. The P32 range requires 13 in minimum side clearance from combustible construction for Pyromax tops.
