DF1220-4. The individually heated shelves accommodate 2.5 in deep steam table pans, and the doorless, pass-through design allows access from the front and back of the unit. The Carter-Hoffmann DF1220-4 has four shelves. The Carter-Hoffmann DF1220-4 accommodates 4 steam table pans of 2.5 in depth in the 12 x 20 in format. The Carter-Hoffmann DF1220-4 accommodates 8 steam table pans of 2.5 in depth in the 6 x 20 in format. The electronic temperature controls include a countdown timer and an audio/visual alarm. The timer can be set for up to 9 hours, 59 minutes in one-minute increments; the countdown converts to seconds when less than one minute is left.
