Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range for commercial use, configured as a high-output 60-3/4" wide, floor-standing unit with a 37" cooking top. It has four patented 40,000 BTU Pyromax open burners plus a 24" left-side charbroiler for a 224,000 BTU total, and instead of ovens it uses two stainless steel cabinet bases for under-range storage, making it a good fit for busy line cooking and grilling in a high-volume kitchen. Propane-fired with manual gas shutoff, factory regulator, standing pilots, and battery spark ignition for the oven-base platform, it is a heavy-duty stainless unit that needs 10" rear and side clearances and is also available with center-opening cabinet doors or caster/quick-disconnect options.
