GCX-2S-10. The convection steamer is complete with a … 10 Gallon Kettle … on a modular gas fired steam boiler base, with stainless steel type 304 exterior and #4 finish, deck mounted faucet valve, swing nozzle and integral sink with common drain. The GCX-2S-10 and GCX-10S-10 steamers have a 10-gallon kettle. Each GCX-2S steamer compartment holds 1 pan at 6-inch pan depth. The GCX-2S-6, GCX-2S-10, GCX-10S-6, and GCX-10S-10 steamers have a 250,000 BTU boiler. Each cooking chamber is constructed of all-welded type 316 stainless steel, fully insulated and provided with removable stainless steel pan supports. Each compartment includes a 60-minute mechanical timer with ready and cooking pilot lights. The GCX gas steamer natural-gas supply pressure is 7–14 in water column [178–355 mm]. The steamer controls use single-phase electrical power. The GCX gas steamer controls' electrical supply frequency is 60 Hz.
