The planetary bench mixer model is SP25. The mixer comes with a 25 qt. stainless steel bowl, aluminum flat beater, stainless steel wire whip, and aluminum dough hook and non-slip rubber feet. It has an interlocked, removable stainless steel bowl guard with fully welded-on ingredient chute, a #12 attachment hub, and an interlocked bowl lift. The mixer is constructed of a rigid cast iron body with front-mounted controls and a digital 60-minute timer with last-batch recall. It has a custom built motor with overload protection and a gear-driven, high torque permanently lubricated transmission consisting of heat-treated hardened steel alloy gears and shafts. The SP25 planetary bench mixer has three speeds. The SP25 mixer has a 3/4 HP motor. The SP25 mixer's supply voltage is 115 V. The SP25 mixer draws 11 amps. plug type: nema 5-15. The SP25 mixer is 23 in (58 cm) deep overall. The SP25 mixer is 36.25 in (92 cm) high overall. The SP25 mixer is 24 in (61 cm) wide overall.
