The Sirius II-8 steamer holds 4 pans sized 12 in. × 20 in. × 4 in. The Sirius II-8 steamer holds 2 pans sized 12 in. × 20 in. × 6 in. Each Sirius II steamer compartment uses 27,000 BTU. The Sirius II steamer's propane supply pressure is 9 in. water column required and must not exceed 13.5 in. water column.
