The Southbend electric steam compartment cooker with electric boiler base is model ECX-2S-6-6. two 6-gallon kettles … on a modular electric steam boiler base, with stainless steel type 304 exterior and #4 finish, deck mounted faucet valve, swing nozzle and integral sink with common drain. The ECX-2S-6-6 steamer has two 6-gallon kettles. The ECX-2S-6-6 steamer has a capacity of 3 pans per compartment when using 2-1/2-inch-deep pans. Each compartment of the ECX-2S-6-6 and ECX-2S-6-10 steamers holds 1 pan at 6-inch pan depth. At 48 kW and 3 phase, the equipment draws 115.5 amps per line at 240 V. The electric steam boiler operates at 9–11 psi (62–76 kPa). Each cooking chamber is constructed of all welded type 316 stainless steel, fully insulated and provided with removable stainless steel pan supports. Each cooking compartment includes a timer with a 60-minute duration.
