The Southbend Platinum Series convection oven is a double-deck oven. Ventless. Each cavity of the Southbend Platinum Series oven has 11 available rack positions. The Southbend Platinum Series oven uses electric heating. The Southbend PCES PCE22S/S and PCE22S/T oven models have electric heating-element input rated at 11 kW per deck. The Southbend PCES PCE15S/S, PCE15S/T, PCE22S/S, and PCE22S/T oven models have an available electrical supply configuration of 240 VAC at 60 Hz. The Southbend Platinum Series oven with TC touchscreen controls has a temperature-controller range of 150°F to 550°F. The Southbend Platinum Series oven with TC touchscreen controls has a Hold thermostat range of 140°F to 200°F. The Southbend Platinum Series oven with TC-Touchscreen Controls can use different timers for the multiple items cooked in the oven group's 'Rack' mode. The oven interior has a porcelain enamel finish and is coved and fastener-free. The Southbend Platinum Series oven's removable wire rack guides are spaced on 1-5/8 in centers. The Southbend Platinum Series oven has a two-speed blower fan and motor.
