The Platinum PRO Series standard gas convection oven is offered in a double-deck arrangement. The Southbend PCGS-PRO-DOUBLE oven assembly has its two oven cavities arranged vertically, one above the other. Each deck of the Platinum PRO Series oven is available with 50,000 BTU gas input. The Platinum PRO Series oven is offered for LP gas. The Southbend PCGS-PRO-DOUBLE oven has a standard electrical supply notation of 120/60/1 phase. The touchscreen-control version has a temperature-control range beginning at 150°F. The touchscreen-control version has a temperature-control range ending at 550°F. The oven interior has a porcelain enamel finish and is coved and fastener-free. The oven has a stainless steel front, sides, and top.
