The Southbend Steam KELT-20, KELT-25, KELT-30, KELT-40, KELT-60, KELT-80, and KELT-100 kettle models tilt through a full 90°. The KELT-SB 24 kW, 3-phase electrical configuration draws 57.7 amps per line at 240 V. The controls are integrally mounted and include a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, low water light, vacuum/pressure gauge, safety relief valve, and low water shut off. The Southbend KELT kettle has a maximum pressure of 50 psi. The kettle is self-generating; its jacket enclosure contains distilled water and is factory sealed. The kettle is constructed with all-welded #4-finish stainless steel, type 304. The Southbend KELT kettle's interior liner is stainless steel type 316. KELT-SB kettles require 0 inches (0 mm) minimum clearance at the back. KELT-SB kettles require 0 inches (0 mm) minimum clearance at the sides.
