The SOLOFILTER Solstice Electric fryer series includes built-in oil filtration. The Solstice Electric fryer is a floor-standing appliance. The tank is stainless steel, and the cabinet has a stainless steel front, door and sides. Standard features include a high temperature safety limit switch, drain valve interlock, a 1 ¼” (3.2 cm) full port drain valve for fast draining, a 10” (25.4 cm) adjustable legs, a drain line clean out rod, an element rack, a removable basket hanger requiring no tools, a fryer cleaning brush and a fryer cleaner sample packet. The filter specifications list a 1/3 HP filter pump motor at 50/60 Hz and pump flow rates of 8 GPM (30.3 LPM) at 60 Hz and 6.7 GPM (25.4 LPM) at 50 Hz.
