The Blodgett 961 and 961P are gas deck ovens. The 961/961P Single configuration has one compartment. Each 961/961P Single configuration has capacity for 2 pans measuring 18 × 26 in. The 961P baking deck is QHT Rokite. for the 961P, the standard feature is a Fahrenheit dial from 300° to 650°. Stainless steel front, top, sides and back. The 961P oven has a maximum gas input of 50,000 BTU/hr per oven section. For natural gas, the required inlet pressure is 7.0 in W.C. minimum to 10.5 in W.C. maximum.
