Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4603DD-2CR_NG, is a heavy-duty indoor commercial range with a standard oven base, not a convection or combi unit. It combines six 33,000 BTU star burners, a 24" right-side charbroiler, and two 45,000 BTU standard ovens for a 352,000 BTU total, so it fits high-volume line cooking, grilling, and baking in one floor-standing footprint. It runs on natural gas, uses standing pilots plus battery spark ignition for the ovens, includes a front manual gas shut-off and factory regulator, and is built in stainless steel with cast iron grates and a porcelain oven interior.
