The Southbend KELT-20F, KELT-30F, KELT-40F, and KELT-60F kettles are self-generating steam kettles. The KELT-20F kettle has a rated capacity of 20 gallons (76 liters). The Southbend KELT-20F, KELT-30F, KELT-40F, and KELT-60F kettles are full-jacketed. The Southbend KELT-20F, KELT-30F, KELT-40F, and KELT-60F kettles are tilting kettles. The Southbend KELT-20F, KELT-30F, KELT-40F, and KELT-60F kettles are floor mounted. The 18 kW, 220 V, three-phase electrical configuration draws 47.2 amps per line. The kettle's tilt mechanism is sealed stainless steel, tilts the kettle forward a full 90° for complete emptying, and is self-locking for positive stop action. The heating elements are thermostatically controlled to provide precise temperatures throughout the range from slow simmer to rolling boil.
