The Model SG/SE Solstice Bread & Batter Cabinet-Dump Station is intended for use with the Solstice Fryer line. Provide a draining and holding area for finished products. Provide additional work area when used with optional flat or flush work surface. The Model SG/SE Solstice Bread & Batter Cabinet-Dump Station can be installed on either side of or between fryer(s). The recess pan of the Model SG/SE Solstice Bread & Batter Cabinet-Dump Station is 4-5/8 in (11.75 cm). The Model SG/SE Solstice Bread & Batter Cabinet-Dump Station has a removable drain screen. The cabinet has a polished stainless steel front, sides, door, and splash back, and an aluminized steel back. The tank is stainless steel. The door hinge is heavy duty 3/16 in (.48 cm). The pan is welded and has an extra smooth peened finish for easy cleaning. The Model SG/SE Solstice Bread & Batter Cabinet-Dump Station has adjustable legs. The Model SG/SE Solstice Bread & Batter Cabinet-Dump Station has 9 in (22.9 cm) legs.
