The Southbend Platinum sectional range is 36 inches wide. The P36-BBC combination top includes a charbroiler section. The P36-BBC combination top has four open-top burners. The charbroiler on the P36-BBC combination top is 12 inches wide. Each burner on the Southbend 12-inch charbroiler has a propane input rating of 14,000 BTU. Southbend sectional units require a minimum gas supply pressure of 11 in W.C. for propane. All sectional units require a regulated gas supply (a pressure regulator must be ordered separately). If using a flexible-hose gas connection, the inside diameter of the hose must not be smaller than the connector on the unit and must comply with ANSI Z21.69, providing an adequate means of restraint to prevent undue strain on the gas connection. Each unit has a 1-1/4 in front manifold that couples to the adjacent sectional unit(s), and a 1 in rear gas connection with a male NPT connector. The exterior finish is #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel on the front, sides, rear and exterior bottom. The open-top section has removable, cast iron grate tops and a removable drip tray. The lining and burner box are fully insulated.
