Half Size Premium Electric Convection Oven. CTBR models follow the same specifications as CTB, except that the door opens on the right side and the controls are on the left side. The CTB/CTBR half-size electric convection oven uses electric heating. A standard-output CTB/CTBR oven section is rated at 5.6 kW per oven section. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control has separate dials for thermostat and time control. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control uses solid-state control technology. The CTB/CTBR oven's temperature-control range is 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C) per oven section. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard-depth baking compartment accepts standard half-size baking pans measuring 13 × 18 inches. Each CTB/CTBR oven section has nine rack positions. The CTB/CTBR oven interior is 21 in (533 mm) deep. The CTB/CTBR oven interior is 15-1/4 in (387 mm) wide. The CTB/CTBR oven interior is 20 in (508 mm) high.
