Wells heavy-duty, top-mount, drop-in, modular food warmers are designed to hold heated foods at safe and fresh serving temperatures. The MOD227TDMAF food warmer has two wells. Each well accommodates four 1/3-size inset pans or equivalent fractional pans. The MOD227TDMAF food warmer has thermostatic controls. The MOD food warmers have a one-piece stainless steel top flange and heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel warming pans. Wet operation is recommended for Wells heavy-duty rectangular drop-in food-warmers for best results. The MOD227TDMAF food warmer includes AutoFill.
