Combi Ovens

The Blodgett CNVX-14E electric convection oven is designed to stack with BCX/BX combi oven/steamers. Each section of the CNVX-14E holds seven full size sheet pans at 3-1/4” spacing. Each section of the CNVX-14E has capacity for fourteen 12” × 20” × 2-1/2” deep North American hotel pans at 3-1/4” spacing. The CNVX-14E electric convection oven's 208 V, three-phase power-supply configuration is rated at 53 A.
