The panel board offers five cooking modes with working-temperature setting, cooking type and time setting, manual and program modes, and the ability to create and edit multiphase cooking programs with cooking parameters, mixer settings and text messages. The touch screen in the UCBTE008V1 electric tilt braising pan's control interface is 7 inches. The cooking vessel is AISI 304 stainless steel, with a 10 mm bottom and 2 mm walls; the outer cover is AISI 304 stainless steel with a fine satin finish and thickness 12-15/10. The automatic mixing device has two arms and PTFE scrapers, is fully extractable to make cleaning easier, and is regulated directly from the control panel according to the product being processed. The safety system includes an emergency button, heating blocked for excess temperature by a manually resettable safety thermostat, and heating interruption during vat tilting.
