IR-12-XB_LP. The Imperial IR-12-XB range model has 12 open burners. The open burners on Imperial IR Series ranges are PyroCentric burners. PyroCentric burners provide a 7,000 BTU/hr. (2 KW) low simmer feature and use two rings of flame for even heating. gas input btu: 419000. gas type: propane. The standard oven accommodates 18 in x 26 in (457 x 660 mm) sheet pans left-to-right and front-to-back. Each open burner on Imperial IR Series ranges uses a standing pilot for ignition. The standard oven has a 100% safety pilot. Standard ovens have porcelainized sides, rear, deck and door lining for easy cleaning, and a heavy duty door hinge. Stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, landing ledge and kick plate.
