16-inch-wide sectional range with full-width charbroiler … modular unit for mounting on a countertop, refrigerated base or freezer base. The charbroiler has removable cast-iron grates with adjustable front-to-back slope that flip over for either 1/8-inch or 1/4-inch grid width. The charbroiler has a 600°F even surface temperature on the high setting. The front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. The range has a fully insulated lining and burner box. Each sectional unit requires a regulated gas supply; a pressure regulator must be ordered separately. The P16-C requires a minimum gas supply pressure of 11 in. W.C. for propane.
