The construction specifications describe a 48-inch-wide front-manifold sectional range with a full-width charbroiler and removable cast-iron grates. Standard Oven Base – Propane. gas type: propane. The Southbend P48D-CCCC standard oven uses a thermostat with a stated range of 175°F to 550°F. The front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom are stainless steel; the lining and burner box are fully insulated. Each P48-CCCC unit has a rear gas connection sized 1 in. Each P48-CCCC unit requires a minimum gas supply pressure of 11 in. W.C. for propane.
