The Southbend Ultimate Series 4606AC-2TL_LP is a 60-inch freestanding gas range with storage base, built for commercial indoor use and set up on propane. It combines a 5-burner open top section—3 front star burners and 2 rear Pyromax burners—with a 24-inch thermostatic griddle on the left, plus a convection oven base and a stainless cabinet base, so it fits high-volume line cooking that needs both saute and griddle capacity with oven output below. It runs on 115V, 3-phase power for the oven components, has a factory-installed regulator, front manual gas shutoff, standing pilots on the top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases; the cabinet base also offers no-charge center-opening doors.
