The Southbend Platinum Pro Series standard electric convection oven has a double-deck configuration. The PCE-S-PRO-DOUBLE assembly includes two oven decks. The two oven decks of the PCE-S-PRO-DOUBLE oven assembly are arranged one above the other. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series electric heating elements have a combined rating of 7.5 kW per deck. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series ovens are available for 240 VAC supply. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series ovens are available in three-phase configuration. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series standard-control ovens use a solid-state thermostat control. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series oven with standard controls has a lowest thermostat setting of 140°F. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series oven with standard controls has a highest thermostat setting of 500°F. A hood is not required for the ventless option of the PCE-S-PRO-DOUBLE oven. The PCE-S-PRO-DOUBLE oven is recommended for installation under a vented hood.
