Each ECOF-[AP2/S2]M oven unit is electric heated. Each oven in the stacked ECOF-[AP2/S2]M convection-oven configuration accommodates 5 18-inch-by-26-inch pans. The stacked ECOF-[AP2/S2]M convection ovens accommodate 10 18-inch-by-26-inch pans in total. The powerful rear-mounted blower has a two-speed motor and pulse capability for preparing delicate foods.
