Imperial Spec Series IHR-GT24-2-EW-M is a 36" wide electric modular countertop range section with a 24" thermostatic griddle top, built for indoor commercial kitchens that need a compact high-output cookline. It runs on 240V, 3-phase power at 15.5 kW/47 amps, requires a dedicated circuit and professional installation, and includes two wafer elements with 650°F max temp plus infinite heat controls, a sealed heating element, and a 3.25" stainless landing ledge; the griddle has a 1/2" thick polished steel plate, full 21" plate depth, thermostat control, 3" grease trough, and removable grease can. With its modular, no-base design and accessories like a stand, casters, or bottom shelf available, it suits a compact line, sauté/griddle station, or other space-conscious service where fast recovery and mixed-menu flexibility matter.
