Double Electric Hydrovection Oven. A double HV-100E oven has two oven sections, as identified by the page's double-oven configuration. Each oven section of the Blodgett HV-100E accepts five 18 in × 26 in standard full-size baking pans at once. The HV-100E is rated at 15 kW per oven section.
