The Southbend Platinum PRO convection oven's control panel is located at the right side of the oven. The Southbend Platinum PRO convection oven is a single-deck oven. Each oven has 11 rack positions. The TC touchscreen controls have a highest stated temperature-controller setting of 550°F. The TC touchscreen controls have a lowest stated temperature-controller setting of 150°F. The Southbend Platinum PRO convection oven is heated by electric heating elements. The oven heating elements are available with a combined rating of 11 kW. The oven electrical system is available at 240 VAC. The convection fan has two selectable speeds. The oven has stainless steel front, sides and top; its oven interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain enamel finish. A hood is not required for the Southbend PCES-PRO-SINGLE oven when using the ventless option.
