Electric Convection Oven. for stacking with an existing ZEPHAIRE-100-E. Each Zephaire-100-E compartment accepts five 18 x 26 in standard full-size bake pans in left-to-right positions. The Blodgett Zephaire-100-E temperature control range is 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C). The Zephaire-100-E oven control panel uses solid-state infinite control. The standard control on the Blodgett Zephaire-100-E has separate dials for the thermostat and timer. The Zephaire-100-E uses a two-speed convection blower motor. Each Zephaire-100-E oven section has a maximum input of 11 kW. At 480 VAC, three phase and 60 Hz, the Zephaire-100-E draws 14/13/13 A on L1-L2-L3. The exterior frame is full angle-iron, and the front, top, and sides are stainless steel. Each compartment has a porcelainized steel liner.
