The Model APM-RMB/SMB 600 Series is a low-profile counter high-production charbroiler for space-saving installation on work tables, counters, or properly insulated refrigerated/freezer bases. APM size 660 has 13 burners. APM size 660 has a standard gas output of 195,000 Btu/hr (57.2 kW). gas type: propane. LP-gas supply pressure of 11–13 inches W.C. (27.4 mbars / 2.74 kPa). Individual front burner controls provide precise regulation. The unit has double-walled stainless steel construction and is fully insulated on all sides. The APM-RMB/SMB 600 Series charbroiler's top grid tilts. The E-Z Tilt top grid drains grease into the front trough.
