The Imperial® IRT-18-E is an electric rethermalizer, not a fryer or oven, built as a floor-type, plumbed indoor unit for holding and reheating bulk product. It has a 16-gallon water capacity, 8.5 kW at 480V/3PH on a dedicated circuit, and a compact 16.5"W x 35.38"D x 47.13"H footprint, with stainless steel construction, hinged cover, auto-fill with rapid fill bypass, overfill protection, preset 200°F thermostat, and four casters with two brakes.
