The Jade hot plates require a minimum natural-gas operating pressure of 5 inches W.C. Infinite control manual gas valves at each burner for precise heat control. 14 gauge stainless steel all welded construction. 12" lift-off cast iron top grates. The unit must be connected with the supplied gas appliance regulator.
