The cooking vessel is stainless steel AISI 304, with a 15 mm-thick bottom and 2.5 mm-thick walls, rounded corner angles, and an anti-overflowing lip; the vessel has electric tilting on the front part. Pressure cooking with automatic system for eliminating air from the cooking container (for cooking with saturated steam) and automatic steam condensation after cooking to allow fast and safe lid opening without steam dispersion in the room.
