Infinite control manual gas valves at each burner for precise heat control. 14 gauge stainless steel all welded construction. Heavy steel top plate with easy lift-off top plates. 3/4" gas regulator, included. This unit must be connected with the gas appliance regulator supplied. Propane step-up hot plates require a minimum operating pressure of 10 inches W.C.
