The BB96XX, BB120XX, and BB150XX banquet carters have a bottom-mounted heater. The BB120XX has a plate capacity of 120 with “P” carriers. The BB120XX has a plate capacity of 144 without carriers. The BB120XX has a plate capacity of 144 with “C” carriers. Capacity is based on common plate depth and a combined plate/cover height of 2.5 in; actual capacity may vary because of the variety of plate thicknesses and depths and plate-cover heights. fuel type: electric. input kw: 1.65. voltage: 230. plug type: field wired per local code. The heating system has stainless steel construction, is removable without tools, and uses an inconel-sheathed heating element; it also has high-impedance protection, an internally cooled fan motor, a full-range thermostat, and a power-indicating light. The carters have all stainless steel construction, with a 20-gauge polished exterior and 24-gauge interior. The carters have completely welded double-wall cabinet construction, with the outer cabinet formed and welded to the base; all seams are turned in to eliminate raw edges.
