The Invoq Combi 6-1/1 GN Gas uses gas as its heating energy source. The Invoq Combi 6-1/1 GN supports 1/1 GN pans. gas input btu: 44400. gas type: natural gas. In steaming mode, the Invoq Combi 6-1/1 GN oven generates steam by injecting water directly onto the heating elements. The Invoq Combi 6-1/1 GN convection temperature range starts at 30°C / 85°F. The capacitive 7-inch TFT color touch screen has a super-wide view for optimal viewing angles. Self-explanatory symbols and guidance support operation, and the interface is compatible with Middleby UI for multiple devices with the same control. The cavity is made of 304/DIN 1.4301 steel, with seamless welding and rounded corners for airflow and cleaning. The Invoq Combi oven has an external multipoint core temperature probe.
