Imperial’s IPC-RS-14 is a 12-gallon (45 L) pasta rinse/drain station built to pair with the IPC-14 pasta cooker, for rinsing starch and stopping the cook process in a commercial line setup. It’s a plumbed indoor unit with required water and drain connections, 0.5-inch water inlet, and a floor-standing footprint at 15.5" W x 35.38" D x 47.13" H, supplied on 6" stainless legs with through-the-body drain; the robotic-weld stainless vessel, full bottom chassis, and optional chrome-plated swing-arm hot/cold faucet are the key differentiators. 1-year parts and labor warranty.
