The Doyon Knock Retarder Down Proofer Cabinet has an automatic humidity water-fill feature. 208V, 3PH. KDPR31, KDPR32, and KDPR33 have digital touchscreen control. KDPR31, KDPR32, and KDPR33 have programmable recipe functionality. KDPR31, KDPR32 and KDPR33 proof from room temperature up to 110°F (43°C). KDPR31, KDPR32 and KDPR33 have relative humidity up to 95%. KDPR31, KDPR32, and KDPR33 have an automatic water-fill system. KDPR31, KDPR32, and KDPR33 do not require water pans. KDPR31, KDPR32 and KDPR33 have stainless steel construction. KDPR31, KDPR32 and KDPR33 are ETL Sanitation Listed. The unit uses R134A refrigerant.
