The Imperial IFS-50-E and IFS-50-EU electric fryers use a snap-acting electronic thermostat. IFS-50-EU. The IFS-50-EU fryer has an oil capacity of 50 lb (22 L). The IFS-50-EU electric fryer has a current rating of 37 A for its 240 V, three-phase supply. Tilt-up elements provide full access to the frypot for cleaning.
