The cooking surface of the Southbend Ultimate Restaurant Range is 27 inches deep. The Southbend Ultimate Restaurant Range 36-inch series is 36 inches wide. The usable oven interior of the 436_A and H436_A configurations is 24.00 in (610 mm) deep. The range has a 4-inch stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides. A factory-installed regulator and front-located manual gas shut-off are standard features. The Southbend Ultimate Restaurant Range standard flue riser has a heavy-duty shelf. The range is supplied with 6-inch adjustable stainless-steel legs; casters are optional.
