Hot Plates Ranges
The JHPE-2-324 hot plate is 24 inches wide. Elevated “step up” rear burners. JHPE-2-324 has 3 burners at the rear. JHPE-2-324 has 2 burners at the front. The Jade Supreme step up hot plates use gas as their heating energy source. Natural-gas step-up hot plates require a minimum operating pressure of 5 inches W.C. Infinite control manual gas valves at each burner for precise heat control. 14 gauge stainless steel all welded construction. The unit is provided with a 14 gauge welded drip tray and 3/4" gas regulator.
